Together, they bring their unique take on food pairing and gastronomy to different cities in the U.S. and other countries. Whether the backdrop is a private garden, a cookery school, a restaurant or a hotel, the carefully-designed menu will showcase the best of Latin American cooking techniques and recipes paired with the best wines.
This unique experience benefits from well-tested recipes gathered on their extensive travels. In the United States they have brought their unique dining experience to San Francisco, New york, Chicago, Washington, DC, and Los Angeles.
Travels in Finland, France, Denmark, Dominican Republic and Peru have also informed and added to their repertory.

Pablo and Alejandro preside over a traveling kitchen of unique experiences and through them, oenologists and winemakers share their most exclusive labels for adventurous diners around the world.
