The Story

Every year, after celebrating the end of the harvest season in their native Mendoza, Chef Pablo Ranea and Architect Alejandro Cohen pack their suitcases full of spices, miscellaneous ingredients and a spirit of adventure in search of new challenges and inspiring localities.

Together, they bring their unique take on food pairing and gastronomy to different cities in the U.S. and other countries. Whether the backdrop is a private garden, a cookery school, a restaurant or a hotel, the carefully-designed menu will showcase the best of Latin American cooking techniques and recipes paired with the best wines.

This unique experience benefits from well-tested recipes gathered on their extensive travels. In the United States they have brought their unique dining experience to San Francisco, New york, Chicago, Washington, DC, and Los Angeles.

Travels in Finland, France, Denmark, Dominican Republic and Peru have also informed and added to their repertory.
Friends gather around a table with a common desire to enjoy the one-of-a-kind experience of the aromas, tastes and textures of Argentinian and Latin American cooking; its wines, history, and enchantment. Pablo and Alejandro preside over a traveling kitchen of unique experiences and through them, oenologists and winemakers share their most exclusive labels for adventurous diners around the world.

“Argentina produces marvelous wines along the entire strip that lies between the 22° and 44° latitudes, from Salta to Patagonia. My mission is to show that Argentina is much more than Malbec”, Pablo affirms.
